Because our franchisees are highly involved in their new business, we make sure they have everything they need from the very beginning to get the job done right. We require each of our franchisees attend "Taco Tech®," our intensive training program. Taco Tech® covers the ins and outs of our restaurant operations and teaches you how to achieve our standards of hometown hospitality, boldly flavored food and spotless restaurants. You'll also learn the skills that will make you more comfortable in your new role, and will help you be more successful from the start, like employee selection processes, coaching skills, financial management and local store marketing.
