Hospitality Sponsorship

Hospitality SponsorshipEvery year the city of Cheyenne hosts Cheyenne Frontier Days. For 10 days, the old west is brought back to modern day where daily rodeos, night concerts, carnivals, and many more activities that capture the Wild West are celebrated. It is a pretty big deal that has been a tradition since 1897.
More than 2,500 people volunteer for Cheyenne Frontier Days, and many sponsors make this a hit each and every year.
Taco John’s was the hospitality sponsor for the VIP Tent on Monday, July 21.  Over 300 meals were served from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  We fed the crowd Super Nachos and Santa Fe Burritos. It was truly a team effort, as two of our Company restaurant managers, Martin and JR, made all the food needed. Carl coordinated the job, and approximately 18 Taco John's employees volunteered to serve food, greet the guests and clean up afterwards. Although the tent where we served didn't have air conditioning (poor me!), it was fun to work alongside our peers, put on a smile and serve the VIP sponsors.
This is just one example of the many things we do as a company to be a part of the community. I even got to wear my red cowgirl hat!
