Food is more than a job for me – it’s a passion. I would rather cook than do almost anything. Although I love all types of food and cuisine from around the world, the more I learn about Mexican food, the more I realize how interesting and flavorful it is.

I feel extremely lucky to have a job that I just can’t get enough of. Here are a few of my credentials:

Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
Worked in hotels and restaurants from line cook to executive chef.
Experience as Corporate Chef/Research and Development for Boston Market, Village Inn and Long John Silver’s Restaurants.
Named one of the “Top 50 R&D Culinarians” by Nation’s Restaurant News.

Basically, all this adds up to one thing: I love food, and I love having the opportunity to cook for all of you. Thanks to our Taco John’s fans for letting me do what I love!
