I first was in a restaurant kitchen when I was 14. Ever since that day I couldn’t get making food for others out of my blood. I tried other things but none gave me the same great feeling. It’s a job I never stop learning at and love learning at, one delicious bite after another.

Graduate of Johnson & Wales University
Studied under a wide range of chefs & cuisines, the majority of my training has been in fine dining kitchens with an emphasis on good technique, presentation and most imortantly...flavor!

I am a proud father of 18 month old twins and I remain extremely passionate about both my family and food. So if you don’t like the food I make just throw it at me. My twins do and they love me so I see it as a term of endearment.
